Canary Speech, an AI-powered voice biomarker health tech company, has partnered with the Veteran Business Project (VBP), a non-profit supporting veteran entrepreneurship, to provide mental health management tools for veteran entrepreneurs.

The partnership will utilize Canary Speech's AI technology through an app, which analyzes a 40-second voice recording to assess stress, mood, and energy levels. This real-time assessment allows veterans to monitor their mental health, understand potential triggers, and receive personalized wellness recommendations.

The collaboration aims to enhance veteran entrepreneurs' business success and overall well-being by providing early detection of mental health issues, real-time tailored support, and improved decision-making capabilities through better mental health management.

Analyst QuickTake: Before this partnership, Canary Speech partnered with Life365 in April 2024 to integrate AI-driven voice biomarkers with wearable sensors for telehealth monitoring. Similar to its partnership with VBP, Life365 and Canary’s partnership sought to provide efficient and proactive care for real-time patient data capture. Through its partnership with VBP, the company appears to be expanding its platform’s scale, which will also be used for mental health monitoring. In June 2024 , when the company raised USD 13 million in Series A funding, Canary Speech noted that it would use part of its raised funds to scale its platform.
