Zillow, a real estate marketplace, brokerage, financing, and agent support platform, has settled a lawsuit against Arizona Regional Multiple Listing Service and others, accusing them of violating antitrust laws by boycotting Zillow's property tour scheduling platform, ShowingTime.
In a December filing in Arizona federal court, Zillow alleged that the Arizona MLS services conspired to promote their own platform, Aligned Showings, over ShowingTime.
Both parties committed to improving the showing experience, allowing brokers to use both platforms. The defendants denied wrongdoing, claiming an independent decision to use Aligned Showings.
