Vivace International Corporation (Vivace), an aerostructures, spaceflight systems, and components provider, has received undisclosed funding from alternative investment firm Cerberus Capital Management, L.P. (Cerberus).
Vivace reported that the funding would support its national security spaceflight programs and further the company’s growth efforts.
Vivace was founded in 2006 and is based in NASA’s Michoud Assembly Facility near New Orleans. The company provides mission-critical products, engineering, and management services for US spaceflight systems, hypersonics, and launch vehicle markets. Vivace’s products include flight hardware, ground support equipment, development hardware, tooling, and engineering services.
