For an undisclosed sum, Exiger has acquired XSB, a logistics intelligence platform with a database of over 100 million parts and 400 million parts attributes.
XSB uses AI-based applications to transform unstructured data into actionable intelligence. Its graph database is widely used across government agencies, platforms, combatant commands, and the Defense Industrial Base. The company's product suite is used by engineers, item managers, and catalogers to prevent supply chain interruptions and mitigate risks from diminishing supply sources, obsolescence, and non-conforming parts.
Through this acquisition, Exiger aims to enhance its capabilities in depot maintenance, category management, parts obsolescence, parts alternatives, price defensibility, and supply chain optimization. The combined solution will accelerate the design, build, and procurement process across all systems and processes for government and Defense Industrial Base customers.
Analyst QuickTake: The acquisition marks Exiger's third since July 2024.
