Impossible Foods opens first in-person dining concept in Chicago

Industry news

  • Impossible Foods, a plant-based meat company, has opened its first in-person foodservice concept called "Impossible Quality Meats" in Chicago, Illinois. The pop-up will be located near Uptown Chicago and operate through Fall 2024.

  • Impossible Quality Meats will offer a fully plant-based menu featuring Impossible's portfolio of beef, chicken, and pork products, including Impossible Breakfast Sausage Sandwich, Impossible Asian Style Meatballs, Impossible Nachos, and more.

  • Analyst QuickTake: This development is an extension of the company’s revamped brand identity launched earlier this year. The new brand identity was created to attract more flexitarian and meat-eating consumers, including the rollout of vibrant red packaging.
