Lockheed Martin, a global aerospace, defense, and technologies company, has signed an agreement with defense contractor General Dynamics, revolving around the production of solid rocket motors.
The partnership will focus on producing secure rocket motors for the Guided Multiple Launch Rocket System (GMLRS) project at General Dynamics' facility in Camden, Arkansas in 2025.
The partnership will then transition to the production of rocket motors for use in other products. General Dynamics also plans to use advanced manufacturing to deliver affordable and reliable solid rocket motors and expand its operations in Camden.
