MD Ally raises USD 14 million in Series A funding to expand nationwide

Funding

  • 911 virtual care solution provider MD Ally has raised USD 14 million in a Series A funding round led by Frist Cressey Ventures, with participation from General Catalyst, Techstars, Seae Ventures, Red & Blue Ventures, and Alumni Ventures. The funding brings MD Ally's total funding to USD 25 million.

  • The funding will be used to expand access to its solution, enhance its 911 and EMS-integrated technology, expand clinical services, and extend downstream care coordination partnerships.

  • MD Ally's 911 virtual care program addresses non-emergency 911 calls, saving an average of USD 2,280 in healthcare costs per call. As of August 2024, the company has partnered with major US cities and implemented national payor partnerships across Florida, Arizona, and California to serve over 5 million patients.
