Parsons launches updated iNET, an AI-enabled smart mobility solution

Product updates

  • Parsons Corporation, a technology provider for traffic flow management, has launched an updated version of iNET, its intelligent transportation software integrated with AI and machine learning to offer advanced monitoring and decision support.

  • The updated version includes iNET Sidekick, an AI-based virtual traffic operator using Azure OpenAI Service technology, which provides instant insights into system data and corrective actions through a conversational interface. The software is built on the Microsoft Azure platform and is available as a configurable software-as-a-service (SaaS) or enterprise platform.

  • The company claims that the enhanced iNET improves efficiency and safety, reduces operational costs, and helps reduce greenhouse gas emissions.
