Blink Charging partners with EVSTAR to offer extended warranty for EV chargers

Partnerships

  • Blink Charging, a Nasdaq-listed EV charging station developer, has partnered with EVSTAR, a renewable energy service and warranty administrator, to offer extended warranty coverage for Blink's US customers.

  • The partnership introduces a five-year protection plan for EV charging infrastructure, covering mechanical and electrical failures, normal wear and tear, accidental damage, and power surges. This optional extended warranty aims to boost customer confidence in charger reliability and includes coverage for accidental damage, OEM connection issues, and power surges.

  • Analyst QuickTake: Blink Charging has formed several partnerships thus far in 2024, including a partnership with with Evri, a parcel delivery company in the UK, in April 2024 , to install one of the first EV charging hubs at Evri's sorting center in Rugby, UK. Prior to this, in January 2024 , Blink partnered with Grupo Q, Porsche's official dealer in El Salvador, to establish five EV charging stations across retail and restaurant locations in El Salvador.
