ProcessUnity has launched its Threat and Vulnerability Response platform. This new platform aims to help organizations identify and respond to critical vulnerabilities in their third-party ecosystems. The platform is accessible through ProcessUnity's existing services.
The Threat and Vulnerability Response platform follows a four-step approach: Identify, Prioritize, Assess, and Report. It monitors and identifies critical vulnerabilities, determines which third parties should be assessed, conducts bulk assessments of affected third parties, and distributes findings with a single click.
ProcessUnity claims the platform can significantly reduce the time needed to assess potential exposure to emerging threats, allowing organizations to respond in hours or days instead of weeks or months. This aims to help risk management teams stay ahead of emerging threats and vulnerabilities in their extended third-party ecosystem.
Analyst QuickTake: Earlier this month, ProcessUnity launched a Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA) compliance solution for EU-regulated entities and their business partners. The software platform simplifies compliance efforts and strengthens business resilience against supplier failures. The vulnerability response platform can complement this offering by providing a structured approach to counter critical vulnerabilities.
