IDEX Biometrics, a fingerprint sensor manufacturer, has appointed Catharina Eklof as CEO. She will be replacing Vince Graziani, who will continue in the company in an advisory role.
As CEO, Eklof will focus on advancing IDEX's position in the biometric authentication industry. The company aims to grow in the biometric payments and access markets, particularly in the Asia and EMEA regions.
Eklof served as chief commercial officer for IDEX Biometrics for three years, with previous experience in leading the commercialization of new technology solutions at Mastercard and Securitas.
