Luma AI launches Dream Machine 1.5 for AI-powered video generation

  • Luma AI, a San Francisco-based startup, has launched Dream Machine 1.5, an upgraded version of its AI-powered text-to-video model. The new version is available for public use and improves video generation quality and speed.

  • Dream Machine 1.5 introduces enhanced realism, improved motion tracking, and more intuitive prompt understanding. It also features the ability to render text within generated videos, better handling of non-English prompts, and faster video generation, producing five seconds of high-quality video in approximately two minutes. Luma AI claims that Dream Machine 1.5 offers improved prompt adherence, more realistic human movement, and better text rendering capabilities.
