Cassidy, a GenAI-powered automation platform, has secured USD 3.7 million in seed funding led by The General Partnership, with participation from Neo, Comma Capital, Spacecadet Ventures, and Ride Ventures, among others.
Cassidy offers a no-code/low-code platform that enables users to create AI-powered workflows and custom AI assistants via a drag-and-drop interface. Users can connect to existing tools and leverage company-specific data to develop personalized AI experiences and automate various sales, marketing, and operations tasks. These include customer support, lead qualification, and request for proposal (RFP) processing. Furthermore, Cassidy’s system reportedly improves over time through human-in-the-loop processes, allowing users to verify and exclude specific information.
