John Deere announces first coulter chisel and updates to minimum tillage

Product updates

  • John Deere has announced its first coulter chisel tillage, as well as updates to its existing minimum tillage, claiming to improve productivity in tackling primary tillage needs.

  • John Deere claims that the new Coulter Chisel Series is intended for primary tillage applications. It offers deep soil penetration and a broad range of finishing options for different crop residues and soil conditions.

  • The company reports that the new models have a faster working speed and greater trip force to cut and size residue. The new implements are also autonomy-ready from the factory, equipped with a receiver and a lighting system, and are capable of integrating with John Deere’s precision agriculture technology.
