John Deere has announced its first coulter chisel tillage, as well as updates to its existing minimum tillage, claiming to improve productivity in tackling primary tillage needs.
John Deere claims that the new Coulter Chisel Series is intended for primary tillage applications. It offers deep soil penetration and a broad range of finishing options for different crop residues and soil conditions.
The company reports that the new models have a faster working speed and greater trip force to cut and size residue. The new implements are also autonomy-ready from the factory, equipped with a receiver and a lighting system, and are capable of integrating with John Deere’s precision agriculture technology.
