Olis Robotics, a provider of remote monitoring, control, and error recovery technology for industrial robots, has introduced new PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) capabilities for its flagship solution at IMTS 2024.
The enhancement enables users to perform comprehensive remote diagnostics for industrial automation cells and extend monitoring to include PLCs and robotic grippers. Additionally, users can set alerts for runtime parameters such as I/Os, registers, and custom tags through the PLC.
The company claims that the capabilities will reduce downtime costs for manufacturers, robot failures, and the entire cell.
