Nutrien, a Canadian producer of potash, phosphate, and nitrogen organic fertilizers, has announced opening a new fertilizer terminal in Randolph, Minnesota.
The new 40,000 sq ft facility is reported to offer ~20,000 tons of dry fertilizer storage. The company intends to increase the efficiency of delivery to regional customers and strengthen its competitive advantage in the North American market.
Nutrien also reports that the terminal's warehouse includes a TerminalBoss automated scale and has a capacity for ~65 rail cars on site.
