TraceLink has announced the second generation and expansion of its ecosystem partner program, Opus PartnerLink. The program is designed for solutions, technology, and service partners to enable clients to digitalize supply chain processes.
Opus PartnerLink offers partners access to TraceLink's Opus Platform, which includes features such as a single integration platform, no-code solution designer, B2B transaction exchange, configurable reports and dashboards, GenAI co-pilot, and an open partner ecosystem. The program provides personalized training, demand-generation opportunities, and business development support.
TraceLink claims that the expanded program will allow partners to unlock significant digitalization value for their clients, overcome integration barriers, and independently develop end-to-end solutions for orchestrating multi-enterprise processes with all supply chain partners.
TraceLink offers a cloud-based platform that enables businesses to manage and track their supply chains, ensuring pharmaceutical products' safety, compliance, and integrity from manufacturing to distribution. TraceLink’s main product is its digital network platform, which, as of August 2024, connects 291,000+ members, including manufacturers, distributors, and healthcare providers, facilitating real-time information sharing and collaboration.
