AvidXchange, an AP automation software provider, announced an exclusive partnership with Workamajig, an agency management software company, to offer invoice automation solutions.
The partnership will integrate AvidXchange's invoice-to-payment automation tools within Workamajig's platform, allowing Workamajig's 3,500 customers to streamline their AP processes. This integration aims to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve security in invoice management for creative and media agencies.
The collaboration builds on an existing payment integration between the two companies, offering real-time updates and visibility across platforms. The companies claim that it is designed to support flexible work environments, increase accuracy in invoicing and payments, and allow employees to focus on broader business goals.
Analyst QuickTake: The new partnership is in line with the company's strategy to engage in partnerships to integrate its solutions with other software providers to diversify its offering to many industries. Previously, AvidXchange partnered with 1) MIP Fund Accounting to enhance its accounting software solution, 2) appFolio to enhance its property management solution, and 3) M3 to develop solutions for the hotel industry.
