Elation Health, a technology company for primary care, has launched Note Assist, an AI-powered ambient note-generation tool embedded in its Electronic Health Record (EHR) platform. The tool is designed to streamline documentation for complex patient visits in primary care settings.

Note Assist ambiently transcribes physician-patient conversations and incorporates the details into structured notes. It works with existing note templates, considers note context and patient details, and continuously populates the template and discrete sections of the note in near real-time. The tool supports English and Spanish conversations.

According to Elation Health, clinicians using Note Assist reported saving an average of 13 minutes per visit. Additionally, 75% of users experienced more joy in their work, while 87% reported providing better patient care and experiencing less burnout when using the solution.
