Midjourney, an AI image-generating company, has announced its entry into hardware development. While specific details about the hardware are limited, Midjourney hinted at a device users go "inside of" rather than wear and mentioned "opportunities for new form factors."
Moreover, the company is also hiring for the new hardware division, which could be led by Ahmad Abbas, the former hardware engineering manager of Apple's Vision Pro, who was hired by the company seven months ago.
