Reimagine Care and Memorial Hermann Health System expand on-demand cancer care partnership

Partnerships

  • Reimagine Care, an on-demand cancer care provider, and Memorial Hermann Health System, a Texas-based not-for-profit health system, are expanding their partnership following a successful first phase.

  • The partnership, which began in 2023, offers 24/7 digital, virtual, and in-home care for cancer patients at Memorial Hermann-Texas Medical Center. The program has shown high patient engagement rates, exceptional patient satisfaction scores, and effective symptom management without hospital visits. The expansion will extend these services to more patients and physicians across the Greater Houston area.

  • Key outcomes from the first phase include 98% patient engagement at Day 30, an NPS of +86, 87% independent symptom resolution, and less than 5% of enrolled patients requiring emergency care. The program also reduced physician interruptions by 87%, addressing clinician burnout issues.
