TAPCO partners with NoTraffic to offer AI-powered traffic management in Midwest

Partnerships

  • TAPCO, a company specializing in traffic safety innovations, has partnered with NoTraffic, a mobility platform developer, to bring urban mobility solutions to traffic agencies.

  • The company will offer NoTraffic's AI-powered traffic management platform to select communities in Wisconsin, Illinois, and Indiana. Moreover, the platform uses intelligent sensors and AI to optimize traffic flow, reduce congestion, and enhance safety by changing signal lights in real time based on current traffic needs.

  • The partnership aims to improve traffic management capabilities in the Midwest, with NoTraffic's technology detecting and prioritizing various road users, including pedestrians and micromobility users, to create safer and more efficient roadways.

  • Analyst QuickTake: The company has been entering a number of partnerships in the past few months. The company partnered with HAAS Alert  to enhance road safety by combining advanced traffic technologies with digital alert systems and with Bosch to enhance TAPCO's Wrong-Way Alert Systems with Bosch's Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS) cameras.
