The Brand Vitality Meter combines customer feedback data from HappyOrNot’s Smiley devices with Sensormatic Solutions' traffic insights. This integration allows retailers to analyze customer satisfaction on store performance metrics, helping optimize in-store experiences and improve overall brand health.
The new offering focuses on three key areas: Customer experience, shopper sentiments, and store performance. It aims to help retailers make data-driven decisions to enhance operations and customer satisfaction across various touchpoints, including in-store and ecommerce channels.
