Absolute Security acquires Syxsense to expand capabilities of cyber resilience platform

M&A

  • Absolute Security, a provider of cyber resilience solutions, has acquired Syxsense, a provider of automated endpoint and vulnerability management solutions, for an undisclosed amount.

  • After the acquisition, Absolute Security plans to integrate Syxsense's automated vulnerability and patch management services into its platform. This integration will address issues before the operating system loads, leveraging its position in the device firmware.

  • Additionally, the merger enables Absolute to expand into adjacent markets, including unified endpoint management and vulnerability management.

  • Founded in 2012, Syxsense provides an endpoint security platform that streamlines essential security and management activities across distributed endpoints, helping to minimize risk.
