Hackensack Meridian Health, New Jersey's largest health network, is partnering with K Health, an AI-driven healthcare company, to launch HMH 24/7, a virtual primary care service.

HMH 24/7 will offer patients 24/7 access to Hackensack Meridian Health clinicians for primary care needs through their smartphones. The service integrates virtual and in-person care, using K Health's AI technology to streamline clinical processes and provide clinicians with comprehensive patient health profiles.

Starting Fall 2024, HMH 24/7 will be available to patients with insurance accepted by Hackensack Meridian Medical Group. The service aims to improve patient experience, reduce clinical burnout, and enhance health outcomes through data-driven decision-making.

Analyst QuickTake: This marks the second partnership K Health has formed in 2024. In January 2024 , the company partnered with Mayo Clinic to develop an AI solution for heart disease prevention. Through the partnership, K Health's proprietary algorithms were used to create an advanced AI-ECG (AI-enhanced electrocardiography) technology for risk assessment and remote patient monitoring, while Mayo Clinic provided de-identified patient data to refine the AI model used with the AI-ECG.
