EOS Data Analytics introduces variable rate application VRA map builder feature

Product updates

  • EOS Data Analytics, a provider of AI-powered satellite imagery analytics, has added a Variable Rate Application (VRA) Map Builder feature to its EOSDA Crop Monitoring platform. The company reports that the new feature, available to users on the Professional plan, allows farmers and agronomists to create detailed VRA maps by integrating data from satellite imagery and machinery files.

  • EOS Data Analytics claims that this new feature simplifies the workflow for precision agriculture farmers, enhances decision-making accuracy, and addresses the challenge of creating accurate VRA maps based on yield data.

  • The company also claims that this tool will improve crop yields, reduce costs, and minimize environmental impact by adjusting input levels according to the actual productivity of different field zones.
