T-Mobile, a wireless provider, has partnered with OpenAI to create IntentCX, an AI-powered customer service platform.
IntentCX will utilize T-Mobile's customer relationship experience and OpenAI's AI technology to offer personalized service, real engagement, and proactive actions. The platform aims to understand customer needs, offer solutions, and act on behalf of customers with their permission. T-Mobile plans to incorporate IntentCX into its business by 2025 and will collaborate with OpenAI on other AI-enabled services and tools.
T-Mobile is already testing the platform, which will have access to T-Mobile data and training from the company's customer service team.
