IBM and Microsoft open three new experience zones to provide customers access to cloud and GenAI solutions

Partnerships

  • In partnership with Microsoft, IBM has opened three new IBM-Microsoft Experience Zones within IBM's Client Innovation Centers. These zones are located in Bucharest, Romania; Buffalo, New York; and Leicester, UK. The Experience Zones are designed to help global clients explore and innovate using GenAI, hybrid cloud, and other Microsoft technologies.

  • The Experience Zones provide access to Microsoft technologies, including Azure, Azure Open AI Service, Microsoft Copilot, and Microsoft Dynamics. Clients can explore and co-create GenAI solutions, experiment with IBM technologies running on Microsoft Azure, and work with IBM experts to identify and solve unique business challenges using cloud and GenAI solutions.

  • The zones also aim to showcase next-generation technologies and industry-specific case studies to help enterprises harness GenAI in competitive business environments.
