The AI-powered capabilities include generating draft objectives and key results (OKRs) from various sources, identifying cross-organizational dependencies, generating suggested action plans, delivering bespoke AI-generated briefings, and providing managers with an AI "Coach on Call." The platform also offers features for performance assessment, including generating Impact Summaries and structuring performance review templates.
