Woojer launches Vest 3 at USD 500 and Strap 3 for VR gaming at USD 180

Product updates

  • Haptic feedback device manufacturer Woojer launched two new products: The Vest 3  (priced at USD 500) and Strap 3 (priced at USD 180). These devices are part of the "Made for Meta" program and are designed to work with Meta Quest VR headsets.

  • The Vest 3 features six Osci TRX2 transducers that provide 360-degree haptic feedback based on the game being played. It has a control panel, configurable DSP with multiple presets, and latency compensation control. The Strap 3 is a more compact version with a single transducer, offering similar functionality in a lighter form factor.

  • Woojer creates wearable haptic devices that convert audio into tactile sensations. These devices allow users to feel sound, enhancing experiences in music, gaming, VR, and films. This technology simulates real-life sensations, boosting user immersion and engagement. The devices are designed for comfort, making them ideal for extended use during activities.

  • Analyst QuickTake: Meta’s "Made for Meta" program offers Meta-verified hardware accessories for its XR devices. Other products launched under the program include Anker ’s charging doc, Incase ’s carry case, and D-Link ’s VR Air Bridge.
