Wearable Devices partners with RayNeo to develop neural-controlled AR glasses

Partnerships

  • Wearable Devices, an AI-powered touchless sensing wearables company, has partnered with TCL subsidiary RayNeo to develop neural interface AR glasses.

  • The partnership aims to integrate Wearable Devices' neural gesture control technology with RayNeo's AR glasses, enabling hands-free, gesture-based interactions in augmented and mixed reality environments.

  • Analyst QuickTake: The news follows Wearable Devices launching its Mudra LINK neural interface wristband in July 2024 , which utilizes Surface Nerve Conductance (SNC) sensors to detect electrical signals from nerves and translate them into digital commands. The company is likely to continue pairing its wristband with other AR glass manufacturers to broaden revenue streams.
