APOLLO Insurance, a Canadian digital insurance provider, has partnered with RentFund, a PropTech company offering renters a path to home ownership.

The partnership aims to provide renters with financial security and a structured savings program to build toward a future home purchase. APOLLO will integrate RentFund's platform, which allows renters to leverage their monthly rent payments into a future down payment on a house, enhancing APOLLO's offerings for Canadian renters.

AnalystQuickTake: APOLLO is actively collaborating with property management companies and REITs to provide embedded renters insurance, aiming to rapidly expand their market reach and share. This is APOLLO's seventh partnership since June of this year. Previous collaborations include Rhapsody , Dream Partner , Century Group , Peterson Rental , Petsecure , and Paysquad Solutions .
