Dtravel integrates AI vacation rental agent into Fetch.ai marketplace to enhance platform

  • Blockchain-based peer-to-peer vacation rental ecosystem Dtravel integrated its AI agent into Fetch.ai's agent marketplace. Fetch.ai provides infrastructure technology for businesses to build, deploy, and monetize AI applications.

  • The integration makes Dtravel's AI vacation rental discovery agent available in Fetch.ai's marketplace. Developers can access it to integrate it into apps or bundle it with other agents to create end-to-end travel experiences. Dtravel has also joined the Fetch.ai Foundation, which focuses on research and development of AI, Web3, and multi-agent technologies.

  • Dtravel, reportedly the first travel company to join the foundation, plans to lead efforts in attracting projects and companies focused on building  travel solutions using AI agents and merging AI and blockchain to personalize the travel experience

  • Analyst QuickTake: Dtravel is advancing its strategic objective to enhance its product offering by leveraging blockchain technology and AI through key partnerships. In January 2024 , Dtravel joined Polygon to transform vacation rental bookings into non-fungible tokens (NFTs).
