Autobrains introduces 'Skills' product line for automated driving

Product updates

  • Autobrains, an Israeli company specializing in automotive AI and advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS), has launched Skills, a new product line for autonomous/automated driving, powered by its proprietary "Liquid AI" technology. The product line offers modular and scalable AI solutions for specific driving scenarios.

  • Skills decomposes automated driving into a collection of smaller, context-specific AI models that are trained and deployed independently. These models are activated dynamically based on the driving situation, optimizing performance and reducing computational power demands. The architecture can be scaled from skills for ADAS applications to full autonomy.

  • According to Autobrains, the Skills product line offers superior adaptability and efficiency compared to traditional AI models. The company claims it can handle edge cases more effectively, provide enhanced safety through targeted responses, and allow for more efficient resource expansion as the system scales.

  • Analyst QuickTake: Today’s launch comes within a month of Autobrains launching Air2Road, a new localization technology for ADAS and Autonomous Driving solutions.
