Reltio, an AI-powered data unification and management company, has launched AI-powered capabilities for multidomain MDM and customer 360 profiles.
The new release includes enhanced dynamic segmentation for creating and activating customer segments based on interactions and behaviors, strengthened enterprise security with native multi-factor authentication, and general availability of FERN, an AI-powered customer-data matching engine built with pre-trained large language models. The release also expands integration with other data-governance products, including Microsoft Purview Data Governance and Collibra's data catalog.
The company claims that the new release will streamline the record-building process with improved accuracy.
Analyst QuickTake: Last month, the company partnered with Databricks to launch the Reltio Data Pipeline for Databricks. The month before, it partnered with Collibra to enhance data unification and governance.
