Groupe Mutuel partners with Ada Health to integrate AI health assessment platform in Switzerland

Partnerships

  • Swiss insurer Groupe Mutuel and AI health platform Ada Health partnered to provide AI-powered health assessments and care navigation for up to 1.4 million Groupe Mutuel members.

  • The integration allows Groupe Mutuel members to access Ada's AI health assessments through its app in four languages, providing 24/7 symptom evaluation and personalized care recommendations based on individual insurance plans. Early results show a 59% reduction in members uncertain about their care needs, with over half utilizing the service outside normal clinical hours.

  • The partnership aims to streamline healthcare access, reduce unnecessary primary care visits, and help identify potential health risk factors for prevention campaigns. The service is available to all Groupe Mutuel members in Switzerland through their mobile app.
