Zenapse launches ZenImpact Optimization Studio on Google Cloud Marketplace

  • Zenapse, an AI-powered marketing platform specializing in emotional intelligence, has made its ZenImpact Optimization Studio available on Google Cloud Marketplace. First launched in 2022, the low-code/no-code platform can be deployed in four hours and is designed to help marketers improve business outcomes through AI-driven consumer insights.

  • The platform utilizes a proprietary large emotion model (LEM) to analyze psychographic signals, combining consumer thoughts, feelings, and beliefs with demographic and behavioral data. The solution provides real-time predictions for content, products, and offers that will resonate with target audiences while maintaining privacy-safe data compliance.

  • The firm claims that since its launch, the platform has delivered a 20%–400% increase in client conversion rates. The company has processed 4.5 billion data points and engaged with over 175 million consumers, with major enterprises like Sam's Club, Prosper, and Aeropostale among its users.

  • Analyst QuickTake: The latest product expansion follows its March 2024 seed funding round and aligns with its stated goal of enhancing its product features and expanding its platform integrations.
