Canadian psychedelic company Numinus Wellness has requested a temporary Management Cease Trade Order (MCTO) from the British Columbia Securities Commission for its annual financial statements filing.
The request for the MCTO is due to unexpected delays in finalizing its audited financial statements and related documents for the financial year ended August 31, 2024. Numinus expects to complete the annual filings by the end of the year.
Numinus has implemented an insider trading blackout and will issue bi-weekly status reports until the annual filings are complete. The company confirmed it is not subject to any insolvency proceedings.
