Kindbody, a fertility services provider, raised USD 62 million in a Series C funding round led by Theresa Sexton, the Managing Partner of Claritas Health Ventures, with participation from seven new and existing investors. This round values Kindbody at USD 612 million and brings its total funds raised to USD 122 million.
The funds will be used to accelerate the company’s growth to meet the rising demand from employers, enhance its technology, and expand access to its partner, signature, and mobile clinics.
Kindbody offers fertility monitoring and preservation services through more than 200 locations, including its own clinics and a Center of Excellence (COE) network of partner clinics. Its clinics and online support network provide gynecology and wellness services that include fertility assessments, egg freezing, embryo freezing, and in vitro fertilization (IVF), among others. In addition to its vast range of services, the company works with employers to make fertility care more affordable to its employees. Kindbody also specializes in LGBTQ fertility consultation.
