OTTO Motors, a provider of autonomous mobile robots (AMR), has announced a series of new global partnerships, extending its AMR product line to a wider audience. The company has also successfully completed third-party assessments to demonstrate that its products meet or exceed all relevant safety standards in the US and Europe, one of which OTTO Motors also helped define.
The company has partnered with DesignPro Automation (European provider of precision automation, robotics, and machine build services), Romias Robotics (European provider of customized robotic automation systems), and global integrator partner Grenzebach Group (provider of production automation technologies for various industries including solar, building materials, and glass processing). It has also opened new warehousing operations in The Netherlands and Japan.
OTTO Motors, which reports that 70% of its customers are Global 500 companies, has expanded its global partnership program by establishing partnerships with system integrators and tech companies including Bastian Solutions (Global), Altech (Japan), ADDE (Australia), CR Automation (New Zealand), Pulse Integration (North America).
Founded in 2015 in Canada, OTTO Motors (a division of Clearpath Robotics) offers self-driving vehicles/autonomous mobile robots along with fleet management software, enabling controlled movement of materials in manufacturing and warehousing facilities. OTTO’s clients include Fortune Global 500 companies such as GE, Toyota, Nestlé, and Berry Global, among others.
