Audientes finalizes partnership with Shenzhen Hengtong to form ZhiYinYou Technology for hearing aid solutions in China

  • Danish hearing aid company Audientes A/S and Chinese distributor Shenzhen Hengtong Partner Co. Ltd. have established a joint venture called ZhiYinYou Technology Limited in Shenzhen, China.

  • The joint venture combines Audientes' self-fitting hearing technology and product innovation with Hengtong's market expertise and distribution network. ZhiYinYou Technology Limited will focus on developing smart hearing aids for the Chinese market, with the first products expected to launch in late 2025.

  • The partnership aims to streamline regulatory approvals for medical devices in China and expand access to affordable hearing solutions through various sales channels, including government health initiatives.

  • Analyst QuickTake: In August , the companies finalized their agreement to form this joint venture. With the forming of ZhiYinYou Technology Limited, Audientes will further expand its presence in the Chinese market, building on its initial entry into the geographical market via a partnership and investment from Shenzhen Hengtong Partner Co. Ltd in June 2023 .
