Remote patient monitoring (RPM) platform CoachCare has acquired Revolution Health Solutions, a Texas-based full-service care management provider, for an undisclosed sum.

Through this acquisition, CoachCare aims to integrate Revolution's turnkey solutions and clinical teams with its virtual care platform to support more patients and providers across a broader spectrum of conditions and specialties, furthering its mission to enhance patient outcomes and reduce healthcare costs.

Revolution Health Solutions specializes in RPM, remote therapeutic monitoring, and chronic care management. It provides turnkey care management solutions with dedicated clinical teams to help healthcare providers focus on clinical decisions.

Analyst QuickTake: This acquisition marks CoachCare's second in 2024, expanding capabilities across medical specialties. In October 2024 , the company acquired Dedica Health, another RPM provider, to enhance its offerings.
