AML3D, an Australian additive manufacturing company, has entered an AUD 2.27 million (USD 1.46 million) agreement with Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA), a federal power supplier, to provide its ARCEMY X system for power generation repair capabilities.
Under the agreement, AML3D will deliver its 6700 Edition ARCEMY X system to TVA's Muscle Shoals facility in Alabama. The system includes a two-year service and maintenance contract with an extension option with final commissioning expected in the second half of 2025.
The partnership represents AML3D's expansion beyond its defense sector focus in the US market, with TVA selecting the ARCEMY X system through a competitive tender process to support its power generation repair needs.
