Recruit AI scans Remote's proprietary database to match job descriptions with candidate profiles based on multiple factors, including employment eligibility, remote work preferences, skills, and salary expectations. The system learns and improves with user interactions, becoming more refined with each candidate review. 

Remote claims the platform helps create a more inclusive global job market by connecting employers with previously inaccessible talent pools, while enabling seamless onboarding, local currency payments, and employee management throughout the employment lifecycle.
