QuantHealth, an AI-powered drug development platform, has partnered with Atropos Health, a provider of real-world clinical data evidence, to leverage over 300 million patient records for improving clinical trial predictions.
Through Atropos Health's Evidence Network, QuantHealth will deploy AI models at the point of care to match patients with clinical trials based on current and future eligibility status, as well as their likelihood to benefit from the trial. The partnership aims to improve trial design, recruitment, and execution while reducing the 90% failure rate of drugs at the clinical stage that costs pharmaceutical companies USD 45 billion annually.
The collaboration builds on QuantHealth's track record of successfully simulating over 100 clinical trials with 85% accuracy, generating USD 215 million in returns for eight of the top 20 pharmaceutical companies.
Analyst QuickTake: In January , Atropos Health partnered with Google Cloud to simplify access to data, streamline analytics, and democratize insights. Through the latest partnership, QuantHealth might also benefit from expedited functionality of Atropos’ platform.
