OTTO Motors partners with conveyor manufacturing company Ultimation Industries

Partnerships

  • OTTO Motors, a provider of autonomous mobile robots (AMR), has announced a partnership with Ultimation Industries, a conveyor manufacturing company serving clients throughout the Americas for more than 30 years. As part of the agreement, Ultimation Industries will now include OTTO Motors’ robots among its full line of material handling solutions.

  • The robots available through Ultimation Industries include the latest OTTO 1500, which can autonomously move pallet-scale loads of up to 4,000 lbs. at a speed of two meters per second (approximately 4.5 mph). The OTTO 1500 delivers a higher payload than comparable AMRs at its current capacity.

  • Founded in 2015 in Canada, OTTO Motors (a division of Clearpath Robotics) offers self-driving vehicles and autonomous mobile robots along with fleet management software, enabling the controlled movement of materials in manufacturing and warehousing facilities. OTTO’s clientele includes Fortune Global 500 companies such as GE, Toyota, Nestle, and Berry Global, among others.
