Nektar.ai, a Singaporean sales platform, raised USD 6 million in an extended seed funding round led by B Capital Group. The round also included participation from 3One4 Capital and existing investor Nexus Venture Partners, along with a group of angel investors. The round follows its USD 2.1 million seed round in November 2020 and brings the company’s total funding to USD 8.1 million.
The company plans to use the funds for product development and establishing a go-to-market team focused on the US. Additionally, it aims to hire talent across its product and engineering functions.
Nektar.ai announced today that it is operating in stealth mode, with its product currently in private beta available to clients in India and the US. Nektar revealed that it onboarded more than 200 private beta clients in the past six months. The company intends to launch the product out of beta in H1 2022.
Founded in 2020, Nektar.ai offers an automated platform that gathers data on customer interactions from emails, calendars, CRM tools, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp for sales teams. The platform features sales playbooks, predictive lead scoring, sales performance metrics, and integrations with tools such as Salesforce, Google Workspace, Microsoft Outlook, Zoom, and Slack.
