Insightly, the developer of an artificial intelligence (AI)-based CRM focusing on small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), has launched its no-code CRM integration tool, “AppConnect.” The company claims that the workflow automation platform integrates finance, IT, marketing, HR, and other business apps with the Insightly platform.
AppConnect provides more than 500 pre-built connectors to apps, including Google Workspace, SAP, PayPal, Shopify, Slack, and Dropbox. Moreover, the integration through AppConnect will automate data transfers between objects in Insightly, eliminating the need for professionals with coding skills and data tools.
The tool, which operates through a drag-and-drop design, aims to simplify connections with functions such as error handling, instant deployment, and built-in versioning.
Insightly’s CRM platform integrates sales, marketing, and delivery to help organizations enhance customer analytics, thus improving the customer experience (CX). While its core integration is with Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace, the platform can also integrate with apps including Xero, QuickBooks, Mailchimp, and Slack. Furthermore, Insightly has partnered with apps such as Evernote, PandaDoc, Zapier, Hubstaff, Proposify, Kixie, and Quotient. As of May 2021, Insightly served more than a million users globally.
