Twin Health raises USD 140 million in Series C funding

Funding

  • Twin Health, a  California-based digital chronic metabolic disease prevention startup, has raised USD 140 million in a Series C funding round led by ICONIQ Growth, with participation from Sequoia Capital India, Perceptive Advisors, Corner Ventures, LTS Investments, as well as Helena and Sofina.

  • The funds will be used to scale its Whole Body Digital Twin platform in the US and expand its operations internationally.  The company also plans to build out its technology and treat additional diseases.

  • Twin Health’s AI-powered platform provides a digital representation of an individual's metabolism, enabling users to reverse or prevent chronic metabolic diseases such as type 2 diabetes. Healthcare providers and Twin coaches are able to consult patients, continuously monitor vitals using connected devices, and offer quick interventions via the platform. Additionally, Twin’s mobile app provides personalized guidance on nutrition, sleep, activity, and breathing to users.
