Freshworks, a B2B SaaS provider offering customer experience and employee experience solutions, announced the launch of Freshstack, a CRM suite for startups.
Freshstack combines Freshworks’ existing three core products: i) Freshdesk, an omnichannel customer service suite that features a new unified inbox and collaboration tools; ii) Freshsales, a sales intelligence solution that features pipeline management, context-driven forecasting, and other CRM tools; and iii) Freshmarketer, a marketing automation solution capable of driving lead generation backed by AI.
In 2019, Freshworks launched a startup program, through which it has provided resources and mentorship to over 2,500 companies. Through this program, partnered startups can receive up to USD 3,000 in credits for Freshstack.
Founded in 2010, Freshworks provides a wide range of software solutions for customer support, sales, marketing, IT, and HR team management. Currently, the company has 13 global offices and serves over 50,000 customers including Bridgestone, Chargebee, Delivery Hero, ITV, Klarna, Multichoice, OfficeMax, TaylorMade, and Vice Media.
